SCOPE OF WORKS
- Major land division of 108 allotments in Stage 41
- Stormwater network
- Potable and recycled watermain up to 300mm diameter
- Gravity sewer and vacuum sewer reticulation network – innovative vacuum sewer systems involving pneumatically operated collection chambers for every third house and a network of HDPE vacuum sewer pipes.
- Two 315kVA transformers, high voltage underground cables, gas, NBN, street lighting, Kerbing,
- exposed aggregate footpaths, pram ramps, driveways, road pavements, asphalt and commissioning works.
- Coordination with SAPN, SA Water, Playford Council, indigenous cultural heritage monitors and Walker Corporation
- Working closely with indigenous cultural heritage monitors for all excavation activities
